This series consists of the Securities Act or "Blue Sky Law" as contained in the Code of 1923. The Commission was composed of the Public Service Commission from 1920 to 1932. The series constitutes the legal basis for the powers, duties, and functions of the Commission. Similar laws were created by the State Securities Commissioner (1935-1969).
